Marlin Crawler has revolutionized the Toyota 4WD world again, this time with the largest and strongest RF1A transfer case output shaft on the market.
Our Toyota 1979-95 gear drive transfer case output shaft is the only RF1A shaft to feature 30-splines. The increased spline count helps spread the load across the massive shaft diameter of 32mm at its thinnest spot. Additionally, our output shaft is rifled drilled to increase strength and allow daily drivers to take part in the torque fest.

The Marlin Crawler Competition Series Chromoly Output Shaft is not for the weak at heart. This is part of our Competition Series and it is designed for torque, massive loads of torque.
Includes bored & oversized transfer case tail housing, oil pump, and speedometer gear, new front output drive hub, oversized bearing, 30-spline flange, and chromoly 30-spline output shaft with matching flange nut. It fits any style RF1A gear drive transfer case, top or forward shift, 21- or 23-spline, stock gears or aftermarket gears.
