I don't live in a capital city, is it still free shipping?

Free shipping means exactly that, no matter where you live in mainland Australia and Tasmania the price you see on the website is the cost to your door inclusive of GST and freight.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Australian issued Visa Card, Master Card and Direct Bank Deposit. All these options are available in our checkout process.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Once payment has been processed, standard shipping time is approximately 7 to 10 days, major cities may be slightly faster and country and remote areas may take a little longer.

 

Can you express ship my order?

Yes we can express post orders at your cost, please contact us for a quote. Please note that large items will be expensive to express post and some products may not be able to travel via air.

 

What if no one will be home to accept delivery?

Not a Problem. All of our deliveries need to be signed for, if you are not home a card will be left asking you to contact your local post office or local freight depot to organise pickup or re-delivery.

 

Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

We can deliver small packages under 20kgs to PO Boxes, larger items such as suspension kits cannot be freighted through Australia Post.

 

What if I have a problem with my product?

Being an Australian company, we handle all warranties from our Perth office.

Warranty Policy
1. All products sold come with the full manufacturers warranty, we take care of this for you, we do not pass the buck on to the manufacturer. We sold it to you, we will support it.


2. We require all warranty products to be sent back to us at our Perth warehouse.
If the product fails within 30 days of invoice, we will pay for your return shipping. If the product fails after 30 days of invoice, you are required to pay return freight to us.


3. We take care of the cost of return shipping of the replaced item(s) back to you. As a lot of our product is imported from the US this can be of considerable expense to us, however we believe this policy gives our customers peace of mind that we stand by the products we sell and only sell the best quality gear that we know will hold up.

 

Do you ship Overseas?

If you understand freight costs will be significant and in a lot of cases more expensive than the product itself, then yes we are able to ship overseas.

Please note that all international orders will need to be paid for via Telegraphic Transfer (and all bank charges are to be covered by the customer). We do not accept international credit cards.
